Saunton is a coastal residential development in Jindalee, forming the first stage of Linic’s oceanfront precinct along Perth’s northern coastline.

The design prioritises engagement with the coastal context, with residences oriented to capture sea outlooks, natural ventilation and direct access to the surrounding beach environment. Landscaped communal spaces and a ground‑level café support social connection, convenience and street activation within the emerging precinct.
Verto is managing the delivery of the project through Development Management, Project Management and Superintendency services, overseeing construction to support the successful delivery of design intent, quality and program outcomes.
Construction is underway, with completion anticipated in late 2026.
