Perth Girls School Precinct is a landmark mixed-use development in East Perth, transforming a significant heritage site into Western Australia’s largest build-to-rent and student accommodation precinct.
The development will deliver approximately 500 build-to-rent residences and 1,960 student beds, alongside a mix of retail, commercial and community spaces that contribute to the ongoing growth and activation of the City of Perth. The precinct also includes the adaptive re-use of the historic Perth Girls School, creating a destination that integrates residential living with hospitality, cultural and commercial uses.
Verto is supporting the delivery of the project through Project Management and Superintendency services, overseeing the coordination of a large-scale urban renewal development that combines new construction with the restoration and activation of heritage assets.
The project is currently progressing through the detailed design phase.
