Designed by Space Collective Architects, the development prioritises generous apartment layouts and long‑term liveability. The building incorporates coastal‑inspired materials reflective of its beachside setting, alongside shared amenities including a wellness centre, gym and spa. The project also integrates a commercial office tenancy and communal co‑working and dining spaces.
Verto is managing the delivery of the project through Development Management, Project Management and Superintendency services, supporting the refinement of the built form and the successful progression of the project through planning.
